On October 30, 2024, ASP Isotopes Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company has entered into a term sheet with TerraPower, LLC related to the construction of a HALEU production facility. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference, other than the sixth paragraph of the press release.
